Air Transportation

We are pleased to offer round-trip coach-class air travel for you and your guest to Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ). Book during registration. The air team will reach out via email to confirm your itinerary before tickets are finalized.

Any cost resulting from flight changes after reservation completion will be at your expense. Upgrades to first class are your responsibility.

Ground Transportation

Ground transportation is provided between Punta Cana International Airport and Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana — approximately 18 minutes and 8 miles. You will be greeted at baggage claim by a Porsche staff member and escorted to your awaiting transportation.

You will be responsible for your own transportation to and from your local airport.

Weather in October

Punta Cana in October is hot, humid, and tropical — highs around 86–88°F, lows around 73–75°F. Showers are often brief. The ocean remains warm and inviting for beach activities and water sports.

How do I make my airline reservations?+
Book air travel by filling out travel details during registration. Once submitted, the information is sent to the travel department who will create an itinerary combining your preferences and event guidelines. You'll receive it via email with 24 hours to confirm. Note: any cost resulting from flight changes after reservation completion will be at your expense.
What is the distance from Punta Cana Airport to the resort?+
The transfer from Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ) to Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana is about 18 minutes and approximately 8 miles. Ground transportation is fully provided.
May I upgrade to First Class?+
If you wish to upgrade to first class, our travel department would be happy to assist. Please note the request in the notes section of your registration. You will be responsible for the cost difference between a coach class ticket and first class.
Will there be any out-of-pocket costs?+
During the official event dates, airfare, ground transportation to/from Punta Cana Airport, overnight accommodations, meals, and a selected activity are all covered. Transportation to/from your local airport and all incidental charges will be at your own expense.
May I extend my hotel stay?+
Yes, pending hotel availability. Contact Jessica Hughes at jessica.hughes@helmsbriscoe.com if you would like to extend your reservation. The cost of extending your stay will be your responsibility, exclusive of applicable taxes and resort fees.
Will I be responsible for tips or gratuities?+
No — all tips and gratuities for the airport, hotel, and housekeeping are included in your incentive package.
What if I have special dietary requirements?+
Please note any dietary requirements when you register for the Incentive Trip, and the team will be more than happy to accommodate these requests.
Once I've registered, can I modify my registration?+
You will be able to make changes, based on availability, while registration is open. After registration is completed, you will be responsible for any additional costs or penalties incurred.
